I was at the service department for an oil change. They receive you with courtesy, the service is fast, and you feel confident that they know what they are doing.

My experience with Nikolas Schefold was by far the best experience with a salesperson I have ever had. Polite, thorough, and enthusiastic he believes so much in the Cadillac brand and wants to share his passion and the Cadillac experience with customers. Several weeks ago, I had never even driven a Cadillac before. I had completed a "build and price your own car" on the website and provided my name and phone number. Later, that exact same day, Nikolas called me and spoke so passionately about the Cadillac experience, he had convinced me to come test drive the car that I was potentially interested in. While the car is exceptional in many ways, Nikolas is as well. At no point during the process did I feel I was being "sold" a car; rather, it felt very much like I was being welcomed into a family of people who care and want happy customers (and certainly repeat customers). Nikolas even has called me after I took possession of the car to ensure that I was completely satisfied and has offered his time in helping me get acquainted with my Cadillac. Top notch service and professionalism at its best!!!

They are responsible and do care of customer. I purchased a car from them, although at the beginning I was not satisfied but they did all they promises and now I'm feeling good while I drive the car that I got from them. I want to thank Mr. Robert who is really responsible and honest.

VERY good service at Brossard Cadillac. I have been a Ford person since 1994, buying many Fords, and my last 5 new vehicles have been Lincolns. I went to Lincoln 2 weeks ago to shop for something new. I decided to checkout Brossard Cadillac and that was that, Good Bye Lincoln. Nikolas Schefold was my amazing salesman, he was professional and just a very nice person, that I HIGHLY recommend anyone to go to Brossard Cadillac and ask for Nikolas. went for oil change was quick. and they did an inspection of the car and printed me a list of thing that need to be fixed with price on parts and labor for free without me asking.
